Troubleshooting end user technical issues and providing basic desktop support; incoming issues related to software applications, hardware assets, network elements, and/or telecommunications systems.Responding to incoming client and internal department inquiries and providing Tier 1 and Tier 2technical support via phone and email.Providing on-site internal technical support up to Tier 2 as required.Opening, monitoring, and routing IT service tickets, Escalating support requests as needed to other members of the IT team.

Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experiencedWorking knowledge with the Document management system (iManage)Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutionsReproduce, diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by usersCollect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.Install troubleshoot and repair computer system and computer peripherals.

Basic Duties like Creating Reimaging keys for windows 10, Spreadsheets data management, computer troubleshooting, laptop imaging, hard drive removals etc.Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. Supports infrastructure software and hardware for applications, systems, and helpdesk groups.Daily monitoring of installed systems to ensure systems are functioning in accordance with all service level agreementsDocument, track, and monitor the incident in the ticketing system to ensure a timely resolution. Resolving tickets from upper management with printer, hardware, software and mobile device issues. Prepare detailed technical specifications for documentation, evaluate solutions and recommend vendor selection, using software tools to document technical designs and solutions.

Responds to calls to provide first level customer service for store and customers, resolves issues in a prompt and efficient manner and escalates issues as required.Logs calls and emails into the appropriate tracking systems and escalate issues to the appropriate person or department as necessary, to ensure accurate and timely logging of response actions.
