1. *Supervision of Batching Plant Erection:* - Oversee the *installation* and *assembly* of all mechanical equipment, including batching mixers, conveyors, silos, pumps, and weighing systems. - Ensure proper alignment and calibration of mechanical components to achieve optimal performance during production. - Liaise with equipment manufacturers or contractors for installation guidance and technical specifications.2. *Commissioning & Testing:* - *Supervise commissioning* procedures to ensure that the batching plant operates according to design requirements. - Perform *test runs* of equipment to validate correct operation and identify any malfunctions. - Troubleshoot and rectify issues that arise during the commissioning phase to ensure the plant is ready for production.3. *Technical Support & Problem Solving:* - Provide technical support during the entire *erection process*, ensuring any mechanical challenges are addressed. - Troubleshoot and solve *mechanical faults* quickly to avoid project delays. - Ensure compatibility between various mechanical systems and their integration with electrical and control systems.4. *Coordination with Other Teams:* - Work closely with *civil, electrical, and instrumentation engineers* to ensure all systems are synchronized during erection. - Communicate with the project management team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.5. *Adherence to Safety Standards:* - Ensure that the erection process complies with all relevant *safety regulations* and *standards*. - Conduct *risk assessments* and ensure that proper safety procedures are followed during the erection of heavy machinery.6. *Documentation & Reporting:* - Maintain *detailed documentation* of the erection process, including technical reports, safety inspections, and test results. - Prepare *progress reports* for management to track the status of the erection and commissioning

● Portable water supply and monitoring for residential communities.● Invoices, Fleet & workshop management.● Scheduling and implement preventive maintenance for water tankers and light motor vehicles.● Update day to day records, and arranging spare parts.● Control the Workshop Management System by scheduling and recording the allocation of jobs,● monitoring timely, cost-effective repairs and workshop income and expenditure to facilitateaccurate.● Oversee daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling and dispatching vehicles to ensuretimely and efficient service.● Implement and enforce maintenance schedules for all vehicles to minimize downtime and extendthe lifespan of the fleet.● Monitor and manage fuel consumption and costs, implementing strategies to reduce expenses andimprove efficiency.● Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for vehicle repairs and maintenance,ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Project Planning:Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements.Assist in developing mechanical project plans and schedules.Coordinate with other supervisors and departments to ensure seamless project execution.Mechanical System Installation:Supervise the installation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and other related equipment.Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.Team Management:Lead and supervise a team of mechanical technicians and contractors.Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their expertise.Provide guidance and training to ensure the team's proficiency and safety.Material and Equipment Management:Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.Manage inventory and storage of mechanical components.Problem Solving:Identify and resolve mechanical issues that may arise during construction.

 Handling mechanical crew total 18 members & reporting to Maintenance Manager.  Preparing schedules for Preventive and predictive maintenance.  Maintenance of Conveyor belts, Stationary and rotating machines,  Attending any sort of unfortunate machine breakdowns.  Installation of CPVC, PVC and Metal Pipes.
