Responsible for checking references, negotiating terms and rates for each project and closing candidates. Worked as per US taxation terms to negotiate the candidates pay rates. Interacting with the Business managers and performed 30-60 outbound calls on a daily basis. Handled 4-5 technical requirements at one go. Submitted minimum 3-5 qualified Candidates per requirement per day with ongoing changing priorities of job requisitions while maintaining a sense of urgency for each.
