• My team was responsible for High Velocity OCI-C Datacenter and product network builds. My team members were required to work with Project Managers, Datacenter operations teams, system engineers, corporate network team for planning, integration, deployment, and failover testing. I was responsible to priorities builds, assign resources to the builds, follow through build progress, assist my engineers to remove blockers for their builds and ensure project is delivered in timely manner. In addition to this, my team was responsible to implement firewall policies requested from application team and troubleshoot network issues during application deployment phase.• My team is also responsible for document standard operating procedures and runbooks so that everyone in the team follow the same process and manual errors were reduced. Responsibilities as Triage (Service reliability) Manager: Leading a team of efficient and highly talented people who are eligible for triaging the issues before they reaches to the service engineers. This team is responsible for acting as layer 2 support above the YNOC for the issues related to the yahoo properties We as team brought onboarding process to the Triage team to minimal of 2 weeks. Efficient runbooks maintained / timely feedback provided for the Service engineering managers for quick turnaround time during the outages. Preparing the roster for the entire team and managing the their work schedule so that the 12X5 has been handled efficiently.

 Providing Technical Support for Network Appliance Filers in NAS / SAN range of network. Design and help in implementation of SAN /NAS/Cluster/RAID Filer solutions. Handling cases from worldwide NETAPP FILER customers. Providing multi level technical support for diagnosing, reproducing, fixing software and hardware issues such as NFS, CIFS, iSCSI and FCP protocols. Providing technical support for Network Appliance's dedicated multi protocol network file servers which feature an innovative architecture, optimized file system including Write Anywhere File Layout (WAFL) and powerful proprietary micro kernel based operating system Data ONTAP, which features an integrated RAID protection for data security. Backup/Disaster recovery and redundancy solutions with range of NETAPP Filers using Clusters, Snapshots, Snapmirror, SyncMirror, Snapvault. Documentation of whole process with high quality. Resolve customer problems via telephone, WEB, E-mail, Auto-support (Automated E-mail response system) and be responsible for addressing customer technical issues through the use of technical expertise, knowledge base and any tools that provide for the customer's success.

It is connected to all the branches using the Cisco routers and DOT leased lines with routers being placed at both ends. There are two NCR servers with NCR UNIX as operating system, which works on fallback mechanism. The software used is the LIFEKEEPER in which primary being the main server where the RAID common file system is mounted on it. When there will be some malfunction in the primary server the secondary will take over and common raid box will be mounted and it will make the server up and running. The ATMs will be speaking to the common IP that will get assigned.Client - Microsoft AND CISCO Wireless LAN Software - CISCO IOS with PCMCI Card Duration - 3 daysDescription – This was dealing with the Installation of Office network with 40 laptops with windows98 and NT running at different floors.
