Hey, I am Lokesh Kedia! I'm currently pursuing MBA in Real Estate Management from the School of Business Management, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.I co-founded The Khayal Foundation with two of my friends with a thought to care in April 2021. It is now 37 members and 10+ campaigns strong. Within 2+ years, together we have impacted 10,000+ lives. I interned at Ajmera Realty and Infra India Limited. It is a listed company based in Mumbai, India, founded in 1985, and has core interests in realty, construction, cement, steel rolls and construction-related businesses. As a Business Development Intern, I worked on Identifying and evaluating potential redevelopment projects by performing the following tasks: market research, competitor analysis, initial property valuations, tender procurement and submission, and supporting communication with property owners.I worked as an Executive in Residential Advisory Services at Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. (JLL), Hyderabad. Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is a global commercial real estate services company, founded in the United Kingdom with offices in 80 countries. As a part of my service to the company, I have generated a revenue of more than 60 Lakhs through the transactions. I was also recognised as the Transaction Megastar at JLL Ovations Q1 2023 for generating a revenue of more than 27 Lakhs in the first quarter of 2023.I also worked as a Marketing and Business Development Intern at Sun & Moon Lighting Studio where I was responsible for online and offline marketing campaigns and collaborations of the business for its growth.I was a Senior Marketing Associate at AIESEC in Mumbai which is a Youth-run leadership organization that mainly focuses on facilitating Exchange Programs and conducts various social events in the city of Mumbai.
