• Complete control and handling of export nomination or self-booking shipments by attending enquiries from Shipper Office regarding cargo readiness of the shippers. Once getting confirmation from the shipper’s cargo ready status intimating to pickup of cargo for clearance of shipment.• Filing of Shipping Instructions (SI) through Carriers website and prepare Master B/L draft and also preparing House B/L draft send it along with shipped debited note to customers approval. • Responsible for updating and rating bills of lading for outbound cargo.• Manifesting Bill of Lading as per shipping instruction.• Creating and issuing invoices as per freight term or standard incoterms.• Specialized in handling documentation of cargo.• Responsible for making amendments as per the request and releasing Bill of Lading.

• Create specifications of PM and RM (Category: Laundry, Skin and Exports) for South Asian cluster.• Making Quarterly report for spec created and rejected. Comparing it with the previous quarter for gauging improvement.• To ensure error free replication of global specifications in regional specs.• Take completer onus for time-bound availability of proper spec in the system, which is critical for Supply Chain process.• Consolidate data from countries for PM and RM created by HUL spec developer.• Database cleaning to ensure system hygiene.• Assist HUL spec developer in data entry for mandatory spec type.• To resolve BOM related issues in agreement with all stakeholders.
