To check out the anaerobic fungi can degrade the different agricultural waste sources. These fungi have the potential to degrade lignocellulosic biomass and produce valuable products such as biogas and biofuels. I use molecular techniques such as 16S Sanger sequencing and analysis to identify the fungal species and their phylogenetic relationships. I also use microscopy methods such as scanning electron microscopy and phase contrast microscopy to observe the morphology and structure of the fungal cells and their interactions with the substrate. In addition, I perform enzyme assays to measure the activity and specificity of the fungal enzymes involved in biomass degradation. Finally, I apply cryopreservation techniques to preserve the anaerobic fungal cultures for long-term storage and future use.Received message.
