The system performed all the preliminary data consistency checks. and uploaded to our server which stores it into a MySQL database for further use. Web application built around Evernote to enable users extract tasks from their notes and send them to their favourite task service applications such as Nozbe or Toodledo. The service used Evernote webhooks to check for new notes with the specified content. If specified text was found, an email was be generated with the extracted text entered in the subject along with other identifying information and Evernote metadata into the email body. The email was sent through Gmail's SMTP servers via XOauth2. Ariem was a product base company aiming to be the leader in developing and marketing new generation TV-centric Web Consoles offering unified application suites for a better Internet experience. It had successfully developed three products in a series named - Razorbee Teacher's Aid, Razorbee Internet set-top Box and Razorbee TV Banking Device. From 2009, company's focus had been realigned to provide software-only solutions, too, for Android based mobile phones and tablets.At Ariem, I was one of the key member of the core development team. My involvement encompassed all areas of software development lifecycle from design, development and testing to deployment and support.I worked with project managers, developers, quality assurance and customers to resolve technical issues, provided technical support using knowledge of complex technology to solve problems and support new projects. I went to Japan [IAB] as an internship scholar from Aug. 2006 to Jan. 2007. My area of investigation there included research in metabolic pathways in the innate immune system using high throughput microarray data analysis, developing an interactive web-based interface for protein-protein interaction in systems biology, and presenting my work before the supervising research professors.

I was a summer internship student at ITB, Berlin. My responsibilities were:1. Biological systems modeling using high throughput microarray data.2. Developing new algorithms for identifying novel transcription factor binding sites using genome-wide DNA sequences and statistical analysis. My work resulted in the development of a software package called Mfuzz for fuzzy clustering of microarray gene expression data, two research publications, and a book chapter.
