At Innomantra, as a CEO and innovation practitioner, I work with global Fortune 500 companies in setting up and amplifying Innovation, Design Thinking, Digital Transformation, and IP Management Consulting Engagements.My background in Mechanical Engineering, a master's degree in Business/Commerce, a Post Graduate in Business Administration from Symbiosis, and Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law Rights Law from the National Law School of India University have equipped me with a diverse skill set. Additionally, I specialize in Design Thinking from Harvard Business School, Darden School of Business, and KPMG Practice. Currently, I serve as a past chairman and member of the Institution of Engineering & Technology (IET), a Mentor at the National Entrepreneur Network and Entrepreneurship Development Institute, Govt. of India. Executive Council Member at the Indian Society for Quality and Member of ISO56000 - Innovation Management Systems Working Committee TC279 at the Bureau of Indian Standards and International Organisation for Standardization. In 2023, he was invited to be a Senior Fellow at The Conference Board,( founded in 1916) in Belgium and Asia Innovation Council. I have had the opportunity to chair and speak at Innovation & IPR conferences in India and abroad. As a consultant, I support government bodies and contribute as guest faculty at institutions like several top Indian Institute of Management, Indian Institute of Technology, and National Institute of Technology. I have published and presented papers on Innovation and IPR, and authored articles in journals and magazines, including a cover article in Harvard Business Review (July-August 2023) titled "How Generative AI Can Augment Human Creativity." I was awarded the CII - Govt. Of Karnataka - India Innovation Challenge in 2008, served as mentor and jury at 'Power of Ideas 2010, 12 & 15', mentored winners of Peter Drucker Challenge, and received the IET South Asia Citation 2018.
