Responsible for operation issue of over 140 projects (around 6 billion capital annually)• Understanding the capital flow of each project and in charge of daily debit-credit check to ensure the consistency of transaction andcash flow. Handling exceptional cases timely with internal and external departments;• Carrying out different report and statistics, such as daily capital report, monthly/quarterly/annual business report, quarterly stresstest of mortgage business, etc;• Calculating all income, expenses and liquidation data involved in each project and communicate with both internal and external teamson AP and invoice issues􏲐• Preparing annual budget for the department;• Dealing with Operation system work, such as maintaining data and continuously proposing optimization request to improveoperation efficiency and accuracy;• Assisting in managing all kinds of contracts and related materials;• Communicating with internal departments of the company (business, finance, operation, custody and risk departments), and assistingin completing the work of the company to compliance with regulations;• Preparing the SOP of all operation work involved with projects and bank accounts management to avoid operational risk;• Handling other payment and reimbursement matters of the department according to the requirements of the company;• Assisting in the analysis of the financial report of the partner in the due diligence report.
