I always thought that I would be a programmer. But I landed a position in software customer support and never looked back. IT has always been an interest but supporting people is my passion. Now I've gained a diverse background in leading software design, system, infrastructure, and solutions delivery. There's never a boring day in IT and it fits me because I love challenges and problem solving. At the end of the day, I'm thankful to work in a rewarding field. As a result, I've become a "go to" for improving overall customer satisfaction. I believe I've been successful because I'm a people person, a great listener, encouraging, and motivating.
