  During my first year and a half at S·Fleet, I focused on transforming the operational structure and enhancing sales strategies:- Defined team roles and responsibilities, transitioning from a reactive to a structured operation.- Redesigned all sales materials, pitches, and digital marketing campaigns, now one of the main lead generation sources.- Implemented CRM for the sales team, along with Google Drive and Slack for documentation management and internal communication.- Established company policies, aligned staff contracts, and created operational processes, which played a key role in preparing the company for acquisition.Throughout the acquisition process by Numaris Group, I was responsible for the transfer of contracts, rehiring the workforce, and training Numaris’ central team on S·Fleet’s operations.Since the acquisition, my role has expanded to include the following responsibilities:- Leading commercial proposals for key projects, in partnership with our COO.- Managing credit application processes with service providers, a critical function to maintain a healthy cash flow.- Overhauling Numaris' commercial messaging, ensuring alignment with our new market positioning.- Implementing ClickUp within the business unit, which improved task management and delivery times.- Participating in the decision-making and prioritization of new product features to be integrated into our system.- Streamlining client implementation processes, improving efficiency and control over client configurations.- Designing and delivering presentations at industry events, showcasing the group’s products.
