My professional journey commenced with dual degrees in Law and Business Administration. For nearly ten years, I served as a corporate lawyer, specializing in providing strategic counsel to financial institutions. However, I experienced a transformative turn when I ventured into Family Mediation and Family Law, sparking a deep fascination with the dynamics of human relationships and the mechanisms underlying them.This emerging enthusiasm combined with significant personal changes—such as relocating from Europe to the Middle East and embracing motherhood to two young children—prompted me to chart a new course past decade. I have dedicated myself to extensive studies and training in transpersonal psychological therapy and mental health counseling. I am committed to guiding individuals through their journey of self-discovery and emotional well-being, helping them navigate personal and professional challenges with resilience and mindfulness. In addition, I develop and facilitate meditation and stress management programs tailored for forward-thinking organizations committed to fostering a culture of well-being and growth.
