I have 18 years in management experience from restaurants, retail, satellite educational testing sites, all the way to contact centers. The contact center's being my absolute favorite. Being passionate about customer service and making the customer experience flawless is my biggest motivating factor. I have been able to cultivate and retain a staff of over 150 employees with a decrease in turn over and an increase in company morale. My strengths are team building, problem solving, and always, ALWAYS finding the creative win/win solution. In my current and past roles I have been and continue to wear many hats. Lately, I have found myself as project director, marketing specialist and business development strategist. These last few learning experiences have complimented my collaborative management style well and have yielded way for renewed and invigorated focus on improving the relationship between consumers and businesses.While a majority of my career has been in corporate settings, I much prefer the small to mid-sized business venue due to seeing immediate results and sharing the excitement the owners feel when the over come a pain point or clear out a bottleneck. The ability to train best practices and the willingness to consult and mentor have always been my mainstays as far as what I bring to the table. However, I think my most marketable skill sets are the ability to reduce turn over and turn out positive results when all hope seems lost.
