My 30+ career spans various industries showcasing adaptability and problem-solving. I am a tireless advocate for volunteerism, facilitation of networking among coworkers, and a champion of eliminating barriers to success. Working toward achievement, I am open-armed to opportunities that will broaden my horizon. A team player, willing to lead or follow, eager to learn and self-motivated is what I am. Enthusiastic and personable are some of my attributes, my passion is to contribute, support, and make a difference.In July of 2016, I graduated from DeVry University (Cum Laud) with a 3.7 GPA in Project Management. I chose Project Management because of my extensive administrative background and realized I apply many of its principles daily.In prior roles, I provided direct support to a Vice President, Divisional Vice President, Executive Director, (4) Directors, Managers and many staff. I was given a Spirit Award for outstanding support 5 years out of the 6 years that I worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois for consistently producing excellent results.I have strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and ensure cross-functional alignment. I have knowledge of presentation design, template usage, and presentation delivery. My strengths are a “can-do” attitude, problem/conflict resolution skills, and the ability to continuously build relationships with multiple vendors. There are no boundaries to my capabilities. I have the drive to learn and excel as quickly as possible to streamline work-related tasks. I am a very fast learner and an enemy of inefficiency, with an innate ability for identifying process gaps.
