Manufactured in 6 locations. Responsible for Vendor Management, Strategy, Operations and Talent development of the account. Functioned as the single point of contact for all vendors, factories, suppliers, agents and brand communication. Increased order fulfillment to 99%, OTD to 97% by increasing production efficiencies and planned output. Resulted in better sales and inventory availability at warehouses. (saving of $millions in air freight costs and loss of sales) Managed the vendor matrix strategy to get duty rate benefits, FTA’s and lead time advantages by managing the global footprint of vendors and brands. (Kenya, Sri Lanka, Haiti, Ethiopia)  Leveraged global raw material demand to negotiate prices and lead times resulting in 3% reduction of material cost. Overlooked production capacity forecasting of factories and suppliers ensuring future demand and pricing is secured. Maximized marketing opportunities through liaison with brands as appropriate and developing the product portfolio in line with the business strategy and vision. ($300,000 product launch of pre-consumer recycled apparel). Took on new challenges to drive Global Supply Chain efforts, Continuous Improvement and Supply Chain Operations.o Moved to New York on special migration projects. Spearheaded launching a new sourcing model for PVH USA (G4) resulting in 8% EBIT growth, -2% sourcing costs, enabling speed models (140-day lead time reduced to 30 days) driving lesser inventory and better sell through rates. Spearheaded the pilot project to reduce sourcing costs by 1% and streamlining the vendor base by 60% by partnering with global brands to create an agile and data driven supply chain with regional application. Evolved the culture of product costing to embrace transparency & open costing to get ahead of macro-economic trends. Maintained trackers for vendor/factory performance, fulfillment, rolling forecasts and PO tracking.  Spearheaded the vendor performance scorecard reviews to establish solid partnerships with strategic partners.
