Not undermining the structure and choice that tools and techniques enable, Lollo however believes they cannot compensate for the positive intent, display of courage and care in an engagement.  For the last ten years Lollo has coached entrepreneurs, leaders of organisations, artists, executives and senior managers in the investment banking, education, legal, insurance & wealth as well as NGO fraternity.Lollo is a seasoned entrepreneur, behavioural change facilitator and coach. Having established as well as run her own businesses and operations in Consulting, OD, MICE, Training & Facilitation, Guest Accommodation & Hospitality industries for more than twenty years, Lollo has in the past ten years focused more on coaching for personal mastery, leader behaviours and team effectiveness coaching. In 2016 she completed a Master of Science in Coaching & Behavioural Change, adding to her postgraduate qualifications which include Strategy Design & Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation as well as Ethics in Consulting.
