Current•Administratively support the Records and Knowledge Management team in development, implementation, and maintenance of an effective Document and Records Management (“DRM”) program at Infrastructure Ontario;•Carry out the collection of material used in the review/update of document retention schedules in consultation with IO business units and the Archives of Ontario•Managing administrative processes related to Infrastructure Ontario’s document and records management system.•Liaise… Show more •Administratively support the Records and Knowledge Management team in development, implementation, and maintenance of an effective Document and Records Management (“DRM”) program at Infrastructure Ontario;•Carry out the collection of material used in the review/update of document retention schedules in consultation with IO business units and the Archives of Ontario•Managing administrative processes related to Infrastructure Ontario’s document and records management system.•Liaise with Archives of Ontario when filing/transferring, refilling and recalling records in offsite storage•Respond to records retrieval requests, help conduct searches, and collect information to process document retrieval.•Collaborate with the Records Management team members in monitoring business unit compliance with the electronic and hard copy records policies and guidelines of IO.•Participate in the ongoing development and implementation of knowledge management best practices throughout Infrastructure Ontario.•Ensure the update of electronic records architecture, as necessary, in response to corporate organizational changes and/or business process changes developed by the Records and Knowledge Management group.•Assist IO business units with ensuring all necessary electronic records are captured in the central repository Show less
