Responsible for the test management of software development and infrastructure led projects utilising waterfall and scrum, definition of project test strategies and provision of governance. Developed structured test management processes covering test planning, execution and defect management. Successfully delivered campaign management upgrade project, application upgrade and maintenance release to TNT ‘common systems’ with user base of 13000 users with testing taking place across three global sites.
