I am an International Business graduate with a passion for business analysis, supply chain, procurement, shipping, transport, logistics and providing quality supporting documentation. In addition, I have extensive experience entering sales orders and purchase orders, processing import documentation and preparing export documentation, including air and sea freight bulk, containerised and LCL shipments as well as those under documentary credits.More recently, I have worked in Business Improvement, documenting business requirements, standardising processes, preparing process flows, decision trees and detailed work instructions for technical teams and outsource partners.
