I am a dedicated professional with a strong customer service, operations, and sports management foundation. I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Sports Management at Niagara University and working as a Graduate Assistant for the Buffalo Bills. In this role, I represent the team in business partnerships, managing activations and promotions at key events to boost brand visibility. My experience in event management, client relationship building, and business development has allowed me to thrive academically and professionally.Before transitioning to sports management, I served in the U.S. Marine Corps as an Air Support Operator and Operations Non-Commissioned Officer. Over my five-year military career, I led logistical efforts, conducted training, and handled quality control for mission-critical operations. These responsibilities helped sharpen my leadership and problem-solving skills, while my ability to work under pressure was continuously tested and strengthened. I was honored to receive several awards during my service, including the Navy-Marine Corps Medal and a Meritorious Promotion for my leadership and teamwork.In addition to my professional roles, I am passionate about mentoring and volunteering. As an assistant coach for Niagara Falls High School’s varsity football team, I’ve been able to support and guide athletes in their development both on and off the field. I’ve also expanded my experience through internships, including assisting with Major League Baseball’s Spring Training operations. These opportunities have deepened my understanding of sports management and event operations, helping me grow as a leader in the industry.
