Were you looking for a dedicated and resilient addition to your business? You've come to the right place. Over the last ten years, I have held various jobs and achieved a variety of qualifications. As a young sales Associate, I honed my customer service skills, which aided me later after completing my degree in Veterinary Technology and becoming a licensed Registered Veterinary Technician. People often think that the job involves only dealing with the animals, but you must also interact and support their owners. As an RVT working so closely with my colleagues in a small space, I also improved my interpersonal skills by learning to mediate conflicts calmly and productively so that work was not affected. Eventually, I decided to expand more of my world and moved to Germany. The move tested my resilience and challenged me to learn a new language and keep learning every day. While living abroad, I attended Pennsylvania State University and procured my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2019. I completed a 120 hour TESOL course and obtained my certificate to help others learn and grow in English, as I have in German. Since 2019, I have been a freelance editor by editing posts for Caribbean Feminist Scholar, college papers, volume four of The Chronicles of Fire and Ice by Dexx Peay, and an article based on the German Film Industry during World War Two. And now, I am eager and ready to pursue any opportunity that may arise. Other achievements: Wrote and self-published a book, Dark Moon: Finding Myself, at 16. Co-authored the children's book entitled Untold Heroes: Extraordinary Black Figures in History in 2021.
