The Recruiting Coordinator provides support and assistance to the Recruiting department. This team member will primarily support all facets of recruiting to include posting positions, pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, processing background checks and drug screens.JOB DUTIES:Responsible for processing pre-employment drug screens and background checksResponsible for posting positions on internal company web site and various external company website.Schedule job fairs and campus recruiting events.Partner with HRIS to ensure accurate and timely entry of new hire paperwork.Maintain various reports as assigned.Work with various recruiting vendors that support our background checks, drug screens, and job postings.Assist Recruiters with pre-screening candidates and scheduling interviewsResponsible for tracking and processing Corporate relocations.
