Executive responsibility for property gaming operations, including 256 employees, 1,850 slots,34 table games, 10 poker tables, live keno and bingo, representing 29% of the total Oregon market.

Responsible for enterprise wide analytics for Slots and ETG Gaming operations in North American. Developed and deployed the first corporate data warehouse to track slot and table revenue for all MGM properties. Optimized participation selection, reducing total spend by 13% while revenue increased by 9%. Improved live gaming revenue by 12% through labor optimization and introducing side bets and progressives
