Served as an Infantry Battalion Team Chief of an Embedded Training Team (ETT) within an Afghan National Army (ANA) Corp as part of a Coalition Joint Task Force. •The primary officer responsible for all matters concerning command and control of a 16 man battalion ETT consisting of a headquarters element and four company teams. •Built and maintained a personal rapport with the ANA battalion conducting training, sustainment, civil-military and combat operations in order to improve the overall quality and combat effectiveness of the battalion.
