I am a LLB graduate with 2 years of experience in Forensic Investigations, investigating commercial crimes in both public and private sector. I have assisted in directing and investigation of fraud and suspected fraud and abuse of authority in the Public Sector, from initiation to finalisation of court cases; conducted fraud risk assessments where necessary ensuring legal compliance and adherence to the law and have also prepared comprehensive forensic reports, as may be required to take informed decisions. This would include the interviewing of witnesses and suspects as well as the examination of supporting evidence and documentation. I have the knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation i.e. the Constitution, National Treasury Framework, PPPFA, PFMA, MFMA, POCA, and MSA. I am skilled in Report Writing, Conducting Interviews, Data Analysis, and Interpersonal skills to persuade and ensure compliance with established methods. I am proficient in Microsoft Office and using forensic tools/ technologies. I am currently seeking employment in the legal field and forensic investigation field.
