Responsible for driving and developing Global Regulatory and EHS (environment, health and safety) Affairs (a part of the Global Quality function). Overall responsible for setting the Health and Safety direction throughout the organization globally. Development and implementation of a corporate occupational Health and Safety Management System according to OHSAS18001 including certification of 7 Danish sites followed by 7 international sites. Heading the Corp. Health and Safety team as a part of Corporate Quality.

Responsible for several production areas counting 50–90 production and skilled workers organized in self-managed production teams. General management and motivation based on ”the learning organization”. Responsible for people management, productivity and process optimization as well as coordination between processes such as quality, logistic and engineering.

Responsible for environment, health and safety at a production site of app. 250 employees:- Development of environmental management system according to ISO14001 - Project manager for certification of the production site- Daily management and improvement of EHS at this site
