As the product manager of Penneo's signing solutions, my day usually goes by with:- Building strategy for how the product can drive growth for the company- Doing product discovery with customers and internal stakeholders- Communicating on strategy, roadmap and product releases internally as well as externally- Setting goals and defining metrics and keeping an eye on them- Setting up processes for the team to be able to focus on important work

At Penneo I am leading the product development of a new product that is tailored towards our auditing and accounting segment. My main responsibility is to set the direction of the product based on our continuous product discovery and user research as well as the company strategy. My guiding principles when working with product management in this context are: - Close collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders- Promoting a collaboration mindset within the team- Delivering in as small iterations as possible- Focus on being data driven by monitoring predefined metrics and setting direction based on those- Focusing on outcome over output- Staying open to new ideas - sometimes real innovation lies in what seems like a deroute- Give team members space to explore and autonomy to make decisions

At Autobutler I work in the intersection of software development and product management. I write code - mainly ruby and javascript - and I take part in scoping new product features and building agile processes that support the product and the business strategy in the best possible way.

At Abtion I mainly facilitate processes so that developers, designers and our clients can work together to create great apps and websites. Our process is inspired by scrum with daily standups, sprints and continuous releases. I also enjoy rolling up my sleeves and doing some actual coding in ruby on rails, reviewing pull requests and working with businesses on how we can support their strategies with tech. I always focus on delivering value on every step of the process with a great emphasis on working as a team. During my work I have gained insights in a variety of coding languages and stacks - javascript, react, react native, PHP, laravel, ruby and ruby on rails. I have also gaines insights in the world of devops with AWS, Heroku and google cloud. I am always curious to learn more!

Musikparlamentet is an association consisting solely of volunteers, which through debates in the form of events, video and podcast seeks to create positive development in the danish music industry. I am involved with strategic decision making, responsible for organizing debates and video and podcast production.

Project manager of the innovation contest created by Musikparlamentet. We handed out 50.000 kr to the winner, who could get the music from the composer to the consumer in a new way.

UHØRT is a festival for upcoming music held the 2nd weekend of august. My tasks were project management including coordination of 200 volunteers, planning and pre-production, sponsors and partnerships, communication on social media and press releases and booking all in cooperation with the festival management.
