Also, as a CCP Andy is able to perform additional diagnostic and clinical procedures such as emergency ultrasound, intra-arrest thrombolysis, surgical airways, open thoracostomies, transcutaneous pacing & cardioversion, etc. He also provides additional drug therapy such as post ROSC sedation and paralysis (rocuronium & midazolam), multi-modal analgesia (opioids, ketamine & IVP), procedural sedation, seizure management (Levetiracetam), etc. Show less
