I have worked more than 15 years within sales and +5 years within HRD in various forms. I have worked in Denmark as well as abroad within Retail, HRD, Software, Business Networking and Banking. Apart from sales I am an experienced systemic coach and facilitator certified from Metropol in Copenhagen and Plano Alto Switzerland. Since my master degree I have continued to have a deep interest for leadership development and personal development, - why I of course am happy to work with employee engagement at Ennova.
