Responsibilities: Owner Inspection for package: Steel Structure Fabricate; LPG Station and LPG Pipe Line; Utility (Compressure Air System; Fire Fighting System; Chiller and Water Process System); Machine system (Rock handling & Mill system)..• Attend to Audit contractor as ISO 9001-2015/ ISO 3834-2 to make a choice Fabricator and Erector Contractor.• Attend Kick of Meeting with Contractor to start work.• Review and comentation for MS, ITP submitted from Contractor.• Review and approved WPS; Witness welder qualified; Issue welder certificate.• Monitoring that all contractors and sub-contractors are working safely.• Monitor work schedule and site quality control; Issue NCR to Contractor for any quality not matching with project specification.• Cordinate between design team and construction to solve out conflict at Site.• Attend weekly meeting with Contractor and report to Sr.Project Manager.• Witness all Hydro test and flushing for each system.• Witnessed for Mechanical Completion Walk Down for each system and make punch list; Inspection for punch closed.• Review report with each step of work completed; and make payment for Contractor.• Support to commissioning team during commiss and handle any problem need repair.• Together walk down and make document handover for Operator team.

Responsibilities: Personal direct support to QA/QC Manager for Welding repair project.• Support to QC members and Employers staff to read & understand all associated approved procedures prior to work.• Receive on a daily basis requests inspection from the Contractor and their subcontractors regarding Technical Memos for golden welds in lieu of hydro-tests. And release daily request inspection to QC member & follow up record result of inspection.• Liaise with the operations department and welding department regarding the accessibility of adjacent flanges and quickly make a decision based on these discussions for approval or rejection of golden weld application.• To coordinator with NDT team & monitor Welder rejection rate; make schedule for Welder re-trainning.• Raise any concerns to the QA/QC Manager when necessary and in a timely manner.• Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to the QA/QC Manager on a timely basis.

Responsibilities: Site quality control of Piping.• Witness welding qualification procedure test and welder qualification. • Witness activities as stipulated in the approved ITP.• Monitor and checked site condition prior welding, during welding and after welding.• Ensure welders comply with approved WPS.• Carry out welding audits sub-contractor including welding consumables control, equipment calibration and associated documentation.• Report any findings immediately to the QA/QC Manager.• Review test package & performance line check/ final inspection and issue punch list.• Witness Hydro and Pneumatic test activities of piping.

Responsibilities: EPC inspection at Hydroden Manufacture.• Witness welding qualification procedure test and welder qualification. • Incoming materials inspection.• Inspection and control the quality making alignment for all static and un-static equipments, steel structure. • Welding speciallist in Hydrogen reformer manufacture; controlled welding quality, monitor overall quality of welders evaluation production (welder RT rate), welder re-training.• Intergrity inspection all activity of outlet&inlet Hydrogen reformer manifold (20Cr32Ni, P45 material). Inspection including: Cutting; condition prior welding (fit-up, backing gas, consumable, welder ID);during welding (welding parameter controlled, gas flow, interpass temperature, heat input controlled); after welding (visual inspection, NDT coordinator).• Review test package & performance line check/ final inspection and issue punch list.• Witness Hydro and Pneumatic test activities of piping.• Inspection and checking for clearance of all the test packs before mechanical completion and close out punch list to be cleared for the next stage.• Witnessed for Mechanical Completion Walk Down as per P&ID of each piping system and make punch list for work balance or additional work if it was required.

Responsibilities: • Review and give comments to subcontractor about ITP & MS before submitted to client.• Review shop drawing for fabricate before sumitted to client.• Coordinator between client and design team during fabricate and site erection. Draw sketch if site need any modification for design team.• Providing general inspection on all construction labor and subcontracted tasks to ensure professional workmanship.• Witness materials coming inspection and material destructive testing with third party before fabricate proceeding.• Review WPS (as code D1.1&B31.3), make plan and witness WQT.• Witness inspection in Shop with third party and client (welding inspection, NDT, trial assembly, paint dry thickness).• Witness cross-cut testing and pull-off adhesion testing for painting.• Final review documents and package before release product to site.• Witness concrete foundation inspection after Civil team release and before installation.• Witness alignment inspection; grouting work (soaking prior grouting, during grouting and curing after grouting work) as per ITP.• Witness cubes compressive test at Laboratory (3 days, 7 days, 28 days).• Monitoring all open and closed NCR issued by client.• Reported to superintendent all daily, weekly and monthly work progress status.• Waterproofing checking underground level and in wet areas in the building.• Witness walk down and issued punch with client and punch clear inspection before commissioning.• Technical support to Commissioning team to make smooth plan.

Responsibilities: Installation Equipments as Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Pumps Station. Fabrcation & Installation Steel Structure, Piping.• Incoming materials inspection.• Monitor status of Mechanical work for daily, weekly and monthly.• Monitoring overall quality of the work carried out, Maintaining Material traceability, welder Id, Dimensional Checks, Fit up/ Tolerance checks and all other activities concerning the Quality Control.• Inspection welding process (before welding, during welding & after welding). To ensure parent materials, welding consumable, Fit-up of welding’s joint, Pre-heat & Interpass temperature meeting specification in WPS.• Monitoring and control the daily production activities with respect to Schedule and Priority.• Coordinates with Consultant supervisor regarding prefabrication and modification activities.• Coordinates with Field Engineering team regarding Isometric drawing modification works with respect to site condition.
