CurrentMicrosoft acquires Nuance in March 2022. Within the Nuance Engagement Platform Team, I specialize in implementing and delivering effective Live and conversational-AI chat solutions.- Maintain, implement, and deploy features enabling client agents and AI to engage with customers across Web, SMS, and other digital communication channels.- Meet with clients to discuss tradeoffs and feasibility of features- Perform QA and develop test case scenarios for all phases of launch and internal product releases- Assist with customer executions by coordinating across Solutions, Operations, Client Services, Product Management, and Development teams- Engage in monitoring and development of tools that make deploying and delivering our solution simpler and more efficient- Write and maintain new and current documentation for future engineers to improve onboarding and daily work processes
