Senior Scientist
• Perform In Vivo Pharmacology/Biology studies for pre-clinical immune-oncology (I/O) and oncology programs. • Set up different animal models and test compounds efficacy for different therapies. Collaborate with other groups for PK/PD analysis, compound tolerability and other In Vitro and histology research. I have been working on the animal model development, such as successfully developed tumoroid xenograft models, orthotopic CRC model (surgical and colonoscope), orthotopic patient derived xenograft (PDX) tumor models development for preclinical oncology studies etc. And I’ve successfully developed mouse orthotopic liver cancer model and bladder cancer model by portal vein injection and intravesical injection.• Manage projects for outsourcing oncology studies to many CRO companies. • Contribute critical strategies and data to many I/O programs from early space to clinical. Therapeutic strategies include blockade of immune checkpoint inhibitors (such as PD-1, CTLA4 and LAG-3) and different kinds of therapies combination (such as anti-PD-1+anti-CTLA4, anti-PD-1+anti-LAG-3 on cancer therapies; also having EP4 antagonist and anti-PD-1 combination, chemotherapy drugs by combining with anti-PD-1, HIF2A inhibition+anti-PD-1 and TROP2-ADC, Nectin4 -ADCs studies in different cancer therapies).
