1. Lead my team to establish routine analysis work and standardize analysis workflow. Build several analytic model tools which raise work efficiency a lot. Build the first PBOC model and dramatically reduce overdue rate.2. Lead data team to establish variable system by using PBOC, application form data, etc. In this project, we creatively combine business experience and systematic method to create thousand of variables serving modeling and analytics.3.
