Support the overall staffing and recruiting process for Company· Support the Organization & Staffing Manager, Human Resources Managers and Hiring Managers on all staffing related issues· Oversee the development of qualified active and passive candidate pipelines· Develop and implement recruiting solutions, and proactively identify and facilitate ongoing operational efficiencies· Assist in the maintenance of strong working relationships with outside vendors and professional organizations on recruitment and resource management projects· Assist in the development of staffing related metrics· Ensure that all staffing efforts are in accordance with Company requirement
