Originally worked at Arch Western Bituminous in Grand Junction CO as part of the Purchasing group. My primary duties were to assist the Purchasing group with daily orders for four mines, monitor open orders and expedite outstanding orders for the West Elk Mine. Monitor and update insurance information in the vendor files. Transferred to West Elk Mine in Somerset in September of 2006 where I continued to work as a temp employee offering backup to various positions. I was offered a full time position in October of 2006 and officially hired on in January of 2007.
