Responsibilities: the educational institution chief financial officer to perform the following tasks+ Allocating financial resources to implement policies and programs of the University;+ Establishing financial controls of the University;+ Selecting other financial executive staff;+ Coordinating the work of divisions or departments;+ Acting on behalf of the University in negotiations of Build-Operate-Transfer projects or other official functions;+ Working as the local area network administrator of educational and accounting information system of the University.

Responsibilities:+ To be responsible for activities relating to administrative affairs, internal personnel, proposal of employment agreement concerning human resources, crew supply based on collective bargaining agreement, scanning seafarers as intake of UT-STC, financial affairs, building material facilities (infrastructure), public relation;+ To be locally responsible to set up, maintain and operate the local area network of computer based training and simulation system of UT-STC;+ To implement other tasks assigned by the General Director (e.g. expand the business scope, recruit personnel, register the investment certificate and tax return of UT-STC).Financially, during the above period, I was authorized to decide on expenses up to a maximum of EUR 10,000.- or equivalent.In collaboration with the Dutch expert from STC-Group, I supervised the work of full-time staff under management to carry out the day-to-day training and business activities of UT-STC.
