I have almost ten years of experience in energy efficiency. I started as an energy engineer, in which, I performed energy audit and site evaluation visit for commercial and industrial buildings. While working, I developed an interest for data science and analytics projects. In my current role, I develop and maintain forecasting models using statistical and machine learning algorithms to support the short-term (day ahead,7-day, and 21-day) and long-term (15 years ahead) load forecasting processes for New England region. My responsibilities include but are not limited to developing and maintaining new and existing load forecast models, and researching for advanced, state-of-the-art modeling techniques within the academic community.
