1. Summary:
- Assist the Managing Director on sales and marketing function
2. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following
- Responsible to drive and lead sales and to deliver the sales and marketing objectives in line with the company objectives.
- Direct the team to develop, execute and monitor all sales and marketing strategies and plans to realize profitability.
- Assist in the formulation of sales and marketing strategies and budgets to launch, promote and sell the company products.
- Maintain good rapport with principals and customers.
- Identify and develop new business and achieve performance targets.
- Other duties may be assigned when required.
3. Management and Supervisory Responsibilites:
- Supervise overall daily performance of the Marketing department. Responsible for the overall direction, work coordination and performance of the Marketing department to ensure customer satisfaction and the compliance of the policies, operation procudures, working instructions, and regulation of the Company and Laws.
- Direct supervise work performance of the Staffs in the Marketing Departments.
- Other responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; approving and monitoring annual leaves, recommendation for salary review/bonuses/benefits, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

1. Product Marrketing:
- Conduct research on designated products
- Catalog, Brochure, Flyer & Technical Guides proof-reading
- Conduct market survey
- Deliver presentation and introduction on product launching events
- Work with creative agency to develop Key visual and adapt to different materials of Product launch, Events, Showroom decoration materials
2. Training:
- Make training plans
- Prepare training content
- Distribute training activities to partners
- Conduct product training/customer service to other sale staffs/PGs/Dealers/Other parties
- Prepare training report to management board
3. Digital marketing:
- Propose annual budget and plan for the whole digital marketing acivities of the division
- Follow up with other departments to make sure the guidleline and policy are strictly followed
- Generally manage all social marketing campaigns including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube
- Propose and execute core campaigns to promote brand awareness through existing platforms
- Supervise/Inspect content provided by agencies
- Study competitors' activities
4. Marcom Support:
- Take part in event planning and organizing
- Work with event agencies to execute events under guidance from Marketing Manager
- Recruit and manage models, PGs and volunteers
- Be responsible for the execution of designated product including Product Launch, Advertising materials, Exhibition, Seminar,...etc
5. Other tasks:
- Sales staff recruiting
- Receive and solve customers’ enquiries
- Live translate for foreign presenters during workshops, seminars...etc
