Short term contract. Co-ordinated Fans Embassy project for Euro 2000. Role included raising sponsorship, liaising with local and national Governments and police. We established a mobile Fans Embassy for all England matches and my work concluded with the Tear Gas and Truncheons report to the UK Govt which was instrumental in changing attitudes towards England fans.

MMDA was a public / private partnership that successfully attracted investment into the local economy, promoted bands and supported studio and rehearsal facilities. I also managed the PRS Information Centre which was central to the IPM's development as a research centre.
