Focused on large program implementations with complex integration, connecting multiple 3rd parties to provide a seamless and efficient experience to end users. Providing rapid mobilization of digital platforms to clients while optimizing and simplifying business solutions.As a Program Manager on a key project for Axxiome, which is a Digital Bank Transformation for a bank in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a first-of-its-kind project in the USA, enabling a bank to become fully digital through a platform providing mobile, online and branch solutions, Omni-Channel capability, and API-driven integration to core banking systems and third-party solutions. The solution integrates multiple platforms and technologies, such as UI5, Java, SAP Banking Services, SAP HANA, and involves multiple workstreams. As Program Manager I am responsible for the overall scope and budget and for bringing all the teams together to deliver an integrated digital customer experience. Further, as Program Manager I am responsible for contract management and commercial discussions.In addition to external project work, I manage a group of consultants, and lead a team of project managers at Axxiome North America. Within this group we focus on refining our internal methodology to enable fast and controlled delivery of our customer implementations. Phase 1 scope covered customer current accounts and products across all channels, including the deployment of SAP Business Partner (Customer Information File).
