• Taking charge of Finance Manager/F&A Head for L Beauty Vietnam, a subsidiary of LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics for luxury beauty brands (Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain Paris, Benefit Cosmetics) distribution in Vietnam.
• Executing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate closure of accounts in compliance with a month-end close checklist.
• Supporting the overall budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting and ensuring insightful financial analysis and management reporting.
• Managing all treasury matters, including cash flow forecast, credit facilities, payment requests, and banking matters.
• Taking responsibility for Internal Control Management, implementing and enforcing SOP, internal control policies, and procedures.

• Leoch Battery Corporation is a leading global manufacturer of lead-acid batteries, listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.As a Chief Accountant of 3 subsidiaries in Vietnam, I report to Regional CFO.
• Organizing and supervising the operations of the accounting functions within the company.
• Taking responsibility for transactions with related stakeholders and governmental agencies (customs, tax, social departments).
• Analyzing General Ledger as well as journal entry reconciliations.
• Planning Financial Management and managing the cash flow, payments, and banking functions.
• Preparing annual budgets and maintaining updated forecasts to have a healthy cash cycle for the company.

• Providing management over a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality audit and assurance service.
• Planning and performing the audit of the financial statements prepared in accordance with VAS, IFRS, and US GAAP and auditing internal control system (SOX).
• Reviewing forecast asset balances, profit & loss statements, cash flows, and recommending improvement.
• Performing in-depth analysis and risk assessment of finance-related matters to highlight extraordinary items.
• Coordinating with experts as well as other divisions (tax experts, valuation experts, IT team).
• Preparing budget cost, audit plan with milestones, and arrange team members.
