I am responsible for the discovery, development, and implementation of the global tool stack for all of Netflix Talent, emphasizing recruiting tools as my expertise. Responsibilities include:- Development and deployment of our homegrown Recruiting CRM that houses over 4 million candidate profiles. Talent acquisition members can now find relevant candidates within our system for their open positions within 5 minutes of starting their search.- Partnering with our compensation team to continue to improve and integrate our internal compensation tool. This tool is used as the primary decision-maker when establishing compensation for annual reviews and new offers. I act as the primary point of contact and expert on the end-user of the tool.- Subject matter expert for all of Talent in most no-code / low code solutions. This involves solution implementation, process development, and training on tools like Airtable, Trello, and Zapier. By becoming an expert in this space, I have been able to implement scalable solutions without the need of hiring additional engineering resources or going external for project-related work.
