I manage strategic communications. My passion for public relations is driven by my creativity and the belief that a simple message can bring about incredible change. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the Reynolds School of Journalism at the University of Nevada, Reno in 2009 and moved to Los Angeles to begin my career in public relations. I got my start as a storyteller and opinion shaper at fortyseven communications, a public relations agency specializing in digital technology, consumer electronics and games. I grew quickly as a media relations specialist and rapidly advanced within the ranks of the company. I put a premium on being thoughtful and creative.During my time at fortyseven, I have worked with clients ranging from multi-million dollar video game publishers to indie developers and Silicon Valley startups. In my current role as director, I provide strategic counsel to my team members and clients. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two sons, reading, being outdoors and volunteering my time to help those in need.It's an exciting time to be in public relations.
