Current• Technical Presentations and Demonstrations: Preparing and delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.• Solution Design: Collaborating with sales teams to design and propose solutions that align with customer requirements.• Customer Requirements Analysis: Understanding and analyzing customer needs to tailor solutions that address their specific challenges.• Proposal Development: Assisting in the creation of detailed proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimates.• Technical Support: Providing technical support during the sales process, including answering technical questions and addressing concerns.• Collaboration with Product Teams: Working closely with product development teams to stay updated on the latest technologies and solutions.• Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conducting training sessions for sales teams and partners to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the products and solutions.• Market and Technology Research: Keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.• Detailed Documentation: Creating comprehensive documentation of the proposed solution, including technical specifications, configurations, and implementation plans.• Knowledge Transfer: Conducting knowledge transfer sessions with the Post-Sale implementation team to ensure they understand the solution and its requirements.• Customer Handover: Facilitating a formal handover process with the customer, including reviewing the solution, addressing any final questions, and setting expectations for the implementation phase.• Technical Support: Providing initial technical support to the Post-Sale team during the early stages of implementation to address any issues or questions that arise.• Feedback Loop: Establishing a feedback loop with the Post-Sale team to gather insights and improve future Pre-Sale processes and solutions.
