● Design both two flows: Learning Journey and Market Information - Analyst for Generative AI Chatbot in the Investment-Finance field, a collaboration between TVS and FPT Smart Cloud (FCI): + Write 400+ articles and structure a Database for the Learning Journey flow on knowledge in areas such as: Basic Knowledge of Securities; Fundamental Company Analysis; Risk Management; Investment Mindset and Financial Management; Macroeconomic Analysis Knowledge; Types of Assets; Technical Analysis, etc., from Level 1 (for beginner investors) to Level 5 (for Professional Investors or Experts in the finance sector). + Design 200+ format type of questions and answers for the Market Information real-time flow on areas such as: Market trading information, Financial indicators - fundamental analysis of listed companies, Technical analysis, Information - Analyst about Macroeconomics in Vietnam and Global, Information on the Bond - Derivatives - Warrants - FX markets, etc.  + Design the UX/UI for the Chatbot product and how the flow operates.● Support design and test Dashboards for In-House and Out-House use (the building will be on PowerBI, SQL-Data Warehouse, and outsourcing for implementation). The In-House dashboard is for the Retail Brokerage Team to analyze customer data, understand customer behavior, and derive insights to support better and provide strategies for customer care and advice. The Out-House dashboard is for customers to manage their asset portfolios, such as stocks and bonds, etc., and also for risk management.● Design Automation Report for Research Department: Market Daily, Market Monthly, Macroeconomic Analyst Monthly-Quarterly, Industry Analyst, Company Analyst. This cuts out repetitive work, thereby saving analyst time for the Department.
