The role interfaces both with the Service Delivery team and with the financial department.- Support for audit and compliance matters for the three largest IBM Italy contracts: preparation of Management Self Assessment of Controls (MSAC) on a quarterly basis, drafting of the Separation of Duties (SoD) matrix, delivery of presentations and reports regarding audit readiness to the account team.- Review and approval of purchase requests for HW, SW and professional services from suppliers, to be applied into IT infrastructures provided by IBM to final customers. The activity involves direct cooperation with Project Managers and IBM Procurement department.- Deep dive into contract management processes, with an effective approach involving Design Thinking and Agile principles, through the successful participation in the internal education path organized by IBM Talent Development team. From December 2016, I actively collaborate with such team, as a facilitator for Baseline management process within the "Newcomers Education" program.
