Linnea serves as the President and CEO of Long Table, LLC, dedicated to growing leaders for thriving relationships, better performance, and greater impact.

*Serve and represent the citizens of the City of Suwanee by establishing policy, appointing officials, and providing community leadership and decision-making*Oversight and development of both short-term and long-term planning initiatives*Develop and approve annual operating budget and capital improvements budget*Provide feedback and ensure balanced budget*Oversee various City-appointed commissions (Zoning, Planning, Public Art)*Oversee and hire department heads (City Manager, Clerk, Economic Development Director, Planning Director, Finance Director, Human Resources Director, Chief of Police)*Review and approve contracts*Oversee and review City Court operations (hire judges, review reports, establish high-level procedures)*Approve/Deny petitions for various City requirements (zoning, business license, liquor license, etc.)*Participate in intergovernmental relations and events (county, state, school board, other municipalities)*Participate in legislative and community leadership training (both certified and non-certifiable)*Participate and attend events for the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce and local business leaders*Represent the City of Suwanee at local and regional events, including press releases, ribbon cuttings, other ceremonial functions*Attend to various other protocol as outlined in the City charter and/or requested by staff, councilmembers or citizens
