Fostered open communication and encouraged PA's to have positive working relationships with their engineers, field staff and any stakeholders.TEAM LEAD KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES/ACTIVITIES:* Coordinated day-to-day activities of the production accounting team, monitored work quality and workloads, provided advice and guidance, resolved escalated issues, identified training and development needs and provided performance review input and feedback.*Ensured receivables were cleared, invoices coded, 3rd party fees billed, managed assigned production property activities, reviewed work prepared by the team, identified discrepancies and items that required follow-up while providing subject matter expertise to internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues.*Identified opportunities to improve production accounting practices/processes, accounting regulatory requirements and standard practices, monitor industry best practices, emerging trends and presented recommendations for management approval.*Prepared and submitted government reports, ensured production volumes, allocations, revenue bookings and 3rd party fee billings reports and supporting documents were prepared in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements. Ensured reporting timelines were effectively managed.*Master file set ups in Metrix including and not limited to; full property set ups, DOI set ups, facility charges (including 3rd party billing), royalty set ups, gas flow and transportation fees.*Re-accrual analysis for the managed assigned properties; provided feedback to management on variances or suspect outages.
