As an Innovation Supervisor at Saint-Gobain Vietnam, I lead and coordinate the design and implementation of innovative solutions for the construction industry, leveraging my engineering background and project management skills. I have successfully delivered multiple projects that enhance the performance, sustainability, and aesthetics of building materials and systems, working with cross-functional teams and external partners.I have over six years of experience in the furniture and construction sectors, managing complex and diverse projects from conception to completion. Previously, I was a Site Project Manager at AA Corporation, where I oversaw the installation and quality control of high-end furniture for luxury hotels and resorts, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery. I also have a Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Informatics from Danang University of Science and Technology, and I hold a PMP certification and a construction practising certificate. My goal is to apply my knowledge and passion for innovation to create value and impact for the built environment and society.
